When I am depressed, I KNOW that…
I hardly ever decide beforehand what kind of creature I am going to make. I just start knitting, and the creature creates itself, making it clearer with each step how they wish to look. These were the only two colours of yarn left: light grey and canary yellow. I wasn’t convinced that they would work together but I tried it anyway. I knitted the body with the head, and the four limbs separately.
